Yuji Nakayama is an “AI Automation Craftsman” who turns the manual PC work inside small and mid-sized companies into systems run by AI agents. He starts with the tasks one person is quietly carrying — invoicing and order processing, attendance management, compiling performance reports — proves the result on a single theme, then rolls it out to the rest of the company.
He spent 15 years at LIXIL, a leading Japanese housing-equipment manufacturer, planning and developing toilet and bathroom products for both domestic and international markets. He established the company’s product development base in China and led global product development with multinational teams. Since going independent in 2019, he has built several businesses from the ground up and secured investment from and partnerships with publicly listed companies. Today he also develops new-business plans for small and mid-sized companies and supports China sourcing and OEM through his network there.
