Q. We don’t have a concrete overseas plan yet — can we still talk to you?
Absolutely. Many companies come to us at the stage of “we are interested in going overseas but do not know which country suits us” or “we do not know where to start.” We will ask about your current business, products and services, and future plans, then map out the possibilities and the path forward together.
Q. Which countries and regions do you support?
GSJ supports expansion into a wide range of markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe. We have opened sales channels in 47 countries to date and draw on a network spanning more than 80 countries. Please get in touch even if you have not yet chosen a destination.
Q. What kind of support can we actually receive?
We cover the full range of areas overseas business requires: market research, distributor and reseller development, overseas sales and negotiation support, web marketing, regulatory research, trade operations, and translation and interpreting. Services can be combined to match what you need.
Q. We have a product to sell overseas. Can you find local buyers or distributors?
Yes. Once we understand your product or service and target market, we can propose distributor and reseller development, business matching and negotiation support — including support through the negotiation stages with overseas companies.
Q. We are not sure our product will sell overseas. Can we commission research only?
Yes. We research market trends, competitors and prospective companies or customers in your chosen countries, and provide the information you need to assess the opportunity. Starting with market research rather than moving straight into sales development is a perfectly valid approach.
Q. We are nervous about meetings and negotiations. Will you sit in with us?
Yes. We support meetings and negotiations with overseas companies. Beyond interpreting, we can advise on how to run the meeting, your presentation and the terms under discussion, with the aim of closing real business.
Q. Can we also ask about export procedures and overseas laws and regulations?
Yes. We work with specialists in each field to support trade operations and overseas regulatory matters. The procedures and checks required differ by product and destination, so please start by telling us the product or service and the regions you have in mind.
Q. Do you work with SMEs and first-time exporters?
Yes. We support companies at every stage, from those entering an overseas market for the first time to those already trading abroad who want to expand further. What matters is not the size of your company but what you want to achieve overseas.
Q. Are we obliged to sign up for a service after a consultation?
No. Start by telling us your current challenges and how you are thinking about overseas expansion. We will then explain where GSJ can help and how we would proceed. If you do need hands-on support, we will set out the scope and costs for you to consider.
Q. What should we prepare before contacting you?
You do not need detailed materials at this stage. It helps if you can tell us about your company and business, the products or services you want to take overseas, the countries you are considering, and your current concerns. If you have a website or documents that explain your product, please send those as well — the enquiry form accepts URLs and attachments.
